1. Agreement to Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway provider. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Digital Products Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the ebook for personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, share, resell, or publicly display the content of the ebooks without our prior written consent.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site offerings without notice at any time.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Kaydyanch ani Faydyach and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
