Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for buying ebooks from Kaydyanch ani Faydyach. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring and purchasing our legal educational content. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our store.
1. Digital Products Policy
All products sold on Kaydyanch ani Faydyach are digital products (PDF Ebooks). Because of the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent to your registered email address.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that your access to the download is immediate and thus the right of withdrawal is waived.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. Use of our ebooks is at your own risk.
We will only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product: You have paid for the product, but did not receive the download link or access to the ebook within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
- Major Defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested, unforeseen errors may occur. If the PDF file is corrupted or unreadable and our support team cannot provide a working file, we may issue a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice using the same email address, we will refund one of the transactions.
3. Refund Process
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at asconsultancy69@gmail.com with the following details:
- Email Subject: "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
- Your registered email address
- Purchase date
- Detailed reason for the refund request
We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., UPI, Card) within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Use of our digital products is immediate. Once payment is confirmed, the order is automatically processed and the digital file is sent. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
