Kaydyanch ani Faydyach is a digital platform selling ebooks (PDFs). We do not sell any physical products that require shipping or physical delivery.

1. Delivery Method

The "delivery" of your purchased product is digital and instant.

• Instant Download: Once your payment is successfully processed via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), you will be instantly redirected to a "Success" page where you can download your ebook immediately.
• Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing your order details and a secure download link will also be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Since our delivery is automated:

• Estimated Time: Instant (0-10 minutes).
• In rare cases of network congestion or email server delays, the email might take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

3. Shipping Charges

There are NO shipping charges for any of our products, as they are digital goods delivered electronically.

4. Issues with Delivery

If you have not received the download link after successfully completing the payment (and waiting for at least 15 minutes), please contact our support team immediately.
